Processing time of about1 week unless customized (unless I get super busy) because of how long it takes to make these cups. Please remember that these cups are handmade and may have small imperfections (possible specs of glitter on non glitter cups). All cups come with a care instruction card. Cups should be treated as semi fragile- not to be thrown, dropped, soaked, microwaved, or washed in a dishwasher.
