These are cosmetically flawed products. We have decided to add a "seconds" section to our website to sell flawed products at a discount rate. There isn't anything functionally  wrong with these items - only cosmetic flaws. Instead of stripping the entire cup to start all over we are offering them from anywhere from 10%-20% off depending on the flaw. These items are sold as is and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
